Before selecting a connector, please remember
1. Pipe material
Inverted connectors are highly suitable for use with flexible tubing, such as silicone tubing or OharMedBPT tubing. Pressure fittings are suitable for use with rigid pipes, such as PTFE or polypropylene pipes.
2. Material compatibility
Fluid incompatible with the joint material may cause leakage or system damage. It is best to use PTFE joints for highly corrosive fluids.
3. Temperature and pressure
Ensure that the selected connector is suitable for your operating conditions. Most joints cannot function under their maximum temperature and pressure ratings.
Barbed joint
Assemble without the need for tools
The barbed joint is designed for quick and easy assembly, without the need for tools. Combine these simple and economical joints with flexible tubing for low-pressure applications (typically below 30 PSI)
